  • I was responsible for getting the new foreclosure listings (sent my email or getting them by searching the internet) and typing them into a excel format
  • The list would consist of 500 to 1500 names
  • I would then sent the list to Experian to get phone numbers
  • When the list can back I would print the list out using Access, for the call center to use
  • I would also merge the list from the excel format into a word formatted letter
  • At one time we would send up to 4 letters out
  • I would run the letter through a folding and stuffing machine, then through a Pittney Bowes postage machine
  • I also used a Mark II Series inserting machine
  • Also responsible for the maintenance on these machine and calling for service
  • I answer a multi line phone system and direct the calls where they needed to go
  • I would help other departments if needed to check dockets, fax information to lenders, or do filing.
