• Educator to staff on all infection control, patient safety, and Accreditation issues. Utilizes Bloom’s Taxonomy Principles of a higher level of cognitive thinking to apply when developing course objectives and outcomes, and Comprehensive Assessment Techniques (CATs) to assess staffs’ knowledge of the curriculum combining multiple Quality Systems Specialist (QSS), Infection Control Preventionist (ICP), Patient Safety Specialist (PSS), & Accreditation Specialist, Educator, and compliance influencer who channels communication as a Quality System Nurse Liaison as a staff consultant and advocate by addressing ethical concerns, environmental health, and patient safety issues across the organization to accomplish desired patient outcomes and program.
