IXD Ship Clerk

• Communicate with Tom’s team, drivers, management, PAs, dock team to ensure CPT‘s are met
• Request trailers to dock doors for inbound and outbound loads. Order trailers If none are available in the yard send UPP/wood pallets to dock doors as needed.
• Navigate SSP, FMC, YMS, and oculus.
• Ensure CPT’s are loaded and out on time or loads are canceled as needed.
• Trained other associates, how to Ship Clerk.

IXD Problem Solve

• Fix issues due to associate related mistakes with built pallets on the floor and in trailers.
• Allocate sorts as to move the workload as needed to support CPT’s.

Navigate programs, such as Arsenal, FC, and ICQA.

Pick Associate

• Locate and pick orders for customers in a timely manner by navigating hand held scanner.
