Help customers in person, drive-through and over the phone. Process customer transactions; deposits, withdrawals, transfers, balances, loan payments, money orders, cashiers checks, and wires. Perform various teller tasks, balance drawer, balance vault, and help teammates and other departments as needed.
Image and index deposit, accounts payable, and loan documents. Work with the team to make sure all priority work is completed. Train employees and do quality assurance on accounts payable and loan. Communicate with other departments mostly via email, helping them by updating information, uploading color documents, and answering questions. Do various clerical tasks. Worked as a contractor through Worksource from November 2012 through July 2013. During that time worked at the Arvest Contact Center from November 2012 through March 2013. While there answered incoming customer calls, verified credentials via security questions, and assisted them with various inquiries and task.
