  • Co-led the full-scale development of a performance measurement consulting model framework and learning measurement reporting and analytics strategy for the Global Learning Organization's C-Suite.
  • Built out the year-end compensation reconciliation process and wrote the scripts for the technology to support total variable awards ($7B total spend); instrumental in delivering US and regional salary increases and total variable rewards, using creative approaches that were scaled out to other business functions.
  • Led a team of AVP and VP functional experts in redesigning the process, rewriting the code, and further developing the architecture, testing framework, and scripting of a legally critical central rules decisioning engine and loan modification approval/decline rationale framework, based on complex federal and state requirements for modifications in 60 days.
  • As a Quantitative Researcher, earned commendations for leading and supporting bold change initiatives . Navigated challenging organizational development, workforce management, and capacity planning routines that resulted in a reduction of waste and the running of a lean, but adequately staffed service center.
  • Conducted future-of-work-related readiness assessment exercises as a learning and development expert. Along with extensive research, surveys were used as a baseline to begin teasing-out strategic learning plan forecasts across research and analytics to model skill gaps to begin formulating current state versus desired state of talent based on what was known at the time.
