Look over healthcare applications. If consumer did not submit all documentation, I would have to give consumer a call to inform them. I was DHS saved trained. I was also a part of the OWLs program, where I helped train new employees.

Managed employees in everyday duties. Made sure they were doing what they were supposed to do. Customer service by ensuring customers got correct orders. Helped everywhere in the store. Cash handling, bank deposits, counting drawers. Counted the truck in when needed.

I watched over a group of children. I had to feed them, teach them, play with them, etc.
