Several key accomplishments while working on the Evolve project include:
- Participated in several End to End scenarios and Deep Dive presentations to demonstrate Fusion capabilities to our business partners.
- Participated in the design and solutioning for the Negative Hours process for employees with outstanding balances and partial payback deductions.
- Completed several rounds of Payroll Compare testing for Canada to validate Gross to Net values for a payroll in PeopleSoft and Fusion.
- Completed several rounds of Data Conversion for all Payroll Objects within the scheduled timeframes with little defects logged.
- Completed 2 rounds of System Integration Testing working with the team to review and approve test cases.
- Participated in the design and solutioning for Alternate Week Ending payroll processing in Fusion that will eliminate some of the current state compliance risks due to the way we process data in PeopleSoft.
- Participated in the design and solutioning for Work from Home employee set up to ensure we are in compliance with Federal/State/Provincial tax regulations.
- Participated in the design and solutioning of how to process and pay Amount Based Transactions that will not be paid thru Oracle Time & Labor.
- Currently participating in UAT with our payroll team to test the Fusion product. Meeting with them on a daily basis to review test cases and training materials to ensure they understand the functionality.
