In summary, I have always had an affinity for the medical field. The foremost reason for this, I truly love being the person that has the ability to help someone in their time of need. To be able to make a person feel safe and well cared for is my highest priority.
I think I would be an asset to your team because I have a variety of training, education and real world experience to back it up.
I thank you in advance for considering me, and I hope to speak with you soon!
I am currently certified to perform diabetic foot exams. This consists of a one-on-one pedorthic exam. This includes, but is not limited to: a verbal interview, a thorough foot and ankle exam, orthotic impressions, acceptable medical footwear, medical advice aimed at preserving further amputations, and verbal referrals to patients, Dr.
I am also responsible for sales to the general public, answering phones, ordering stock, writing employee paychecks, display setup, and store organization.
This can be an extremely fast-paced and demanding job, both physically and mentally. I am responsible for dealing with a wide variety of people on a regular basis. This includes, but is not limited to; store patrons, medical patients, Dr's, nurses, insurance company personnel, and assisting in the training of new employees.
I was responsible for approximately 15 residents per day. The tasks I performed included, but were not limited to; waking, toileting and/or diaper changing, bathing, feeding, administration of medications orally and by injection, communication with Dr's, nursing staff, and patients family members, online medical charting, mental and emotional support, end of life care.
This was a very fast-paced, demanding, and highly rewarding job.
