I am a dedicated candidate, with a proven track record, who is eager to leverage knowledge of I.H.S. purchased and referred care, social services and future organization development. Over the 16 years employed by Strong Family Health Center, I have worked in almost every department. I have an extensive understanding of daily operations and program policy. Skilled in running initiatives and developing policies and procedures. Collaborative and committed to addressing social issues to improve clientele's quality of life ; while reducing modalities within the community. I'm a strong collaborator and am committed to leading and inspiring SFHC team to achieve shared goals. I'm a skilled and dependable candidate, successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willing to take on added responsibilities to meet the organizations goals. I am hardworking and passionate with my work. I am a team player with strong organization skills. I have demonstrated the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of accuracy. Demonstrated excellent time management and problem solving skills. I have demonstrated professional and polite conflict resolution conduct. I have always put the best interest of our clients first without bias, all the while following program policies.

If selected, my goals would to ensure the mission statement of the organization is meet, " to provide comprehensive inter-tribal healthcare, recognize sovereignty and culture, work to integrate services and network with local agencies to meet the health, education and social needs of the clients that we serve".

Continue to work with the Board of Directors to ensure fiscal stability and sustainability. Continue to support the excellent work of the current Executive Director. To be innovated of new approaches to meet the ever changing needs of our population at the highest level of care. Support and challenge staff to achieve their fullest potential and pursue advancement in their fields. Continue to provide a safe and healthy workplace environment where the morale of the staff is high. Overall, I will lead by example, demonstrate the upmost respect for our population and cultural integrity. Provide an environment to honor the past while moving into the future. I am and will continue to be an ethical leader. I look to the future with confidence and the desire to continue supporting the native community the best I can.
