Accomplishments

Currently enrolled in Cohort Build our Bench Management Program with Northwell.

I have received acknowledgements from Management and patients for my Superior Customer Service and dedication to my position.

When my Supervisor is out of the office I am in charge of the staff and making sure the office runs smoothly. She recently was on leave for about 7 weeks and I managed the running of the office and I really enjoyed it. I feel that I am ready for the next step, I do not feel challenged in my current position.
