- work with customer after arrive of their units on any concerns or service issues they may have.
- retrofitment of previously built buses when customers buy them and want to reconstruct the layout. I examine and provide the best way to reconfigure that unit with little to no rework to the interior structure and underbody.
- Attend scheduling meetings to review current and future builds, approve all prints and sign off for the units to be built.
- attend weekly production meeting to address current issues in the plant and work on solutions.
- Treiage all incoming engineering design concerns from production, and assign them out to the appropriate Engineer
- create a monthly trelles board to schedule all work flow in the department to assure all timeline are met.
