Using "The Road to Success" combined with attention to personas, discovery mindset during KO Calls and sharp focus on shops requirements then customizing training paths for shops to adopt Fullbay and reflect their shop in within Fullbay. Seeking always to understand how users learn and use software in general.
  • By leveraging our onboarding team and Fullbay Learn, During 1st Q of taking cases met and exceed goals set for me. Resulting in closing 23 Fullbay Payments, Training hours 20 per week and maintained low churn/cancellation rate, continuing to maintain and increase goals in subsequent quarters. Over my time with Fullbay I have continued to meet and exceed goals and requirements of my position.
  • Currently working with A and B segments, multiple shops and parts stores. Helping shops use key features like our Customer Portal and Dieselmatic for further adoption and opportunities to expand customer base. Working always to support Fullbay rocks Non Core revenue growth.
  • Work with shops to get their legacy data ready to upload into FB, by pre-mapping with our customer, setting up needed categories and locations for inventory, and then delivering to data team detailed notes and expectations. This allows our customer to understand where their data will appear in Fullbay and our data team to quickly review and respond.
