Assistant Property Manager of the Year at Cushman & Wakefield

Assistance Property Manager of the Year in 2021 - exceeded expectations when the Property Manager had to be out of the office for surgery.  I was able to take over and run with the existing portfolio without disruption.  This portfolio eventually became mine when I took the Property Manager position.  This also led to me being the trainer for Kansas City for Property Management.
