I have always been able to maintain my required PVR goals as well as be a large part of raising the store average. I have been placed with new Finance Managers for training of store processes as well as product knowledge and overcoming declines. I work closely with the Desk Managers to complete the road to the sale. I am brought in to put together what is needed to maintain a healthy front end of the sale, wether that is working with the customer to find money down, making it make sense to all involved.


I am able to read people and gauge the temperature of the situation which works well not only with the customers but also my fellow co-workers.
