Execute orders by confirming arrival times, coordinating with customs brokerage, inputting data, and dispatching deliveries.
Build customer relationships by responding to customer communications via email, fax, and mail.
Work with air and ground transportation partners to handle shipments.
Receive and track purchase orders from Importers/Overseas offices for pending air shipments.
Retrieve shipment details, and handle all documentation for cargo release and data entry for each shipment.
Answer all customer inquiries in accordance with Customer Service Policy standards.
Further, increase customer satisfaction and business share through proactive and regular contact.
Communicate with and ensure release of freight from air carriers
Notify customer/customs broker of arrival and charges due; provide accurate job costing forecast and perform billing to customer and/or other offices.
Set up and coordinate deliveries to customer.
Handle and manage all customer contact at file level regarding exceptions.

Track and trace shipment in and out of US.
Billing (Apple account).
Ensure compliance with all Transportation Security Administration (TSA), Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Customs and Border Protection (CBP), and all other applicable regulatory guidelines.
Data capture and input are required for airline computer systems or other cargo software applications, such as 'Voyager and Nomad'.
Assign shipments to relevant computer systems in accordance with airline booking and load planning.
Ensure compliance with special cargo including, but not limited to RMD, RFL, ICE, RNG, RFS, PEP, AVI, HUM, VAL, and other airline-specific products.
Ensure special cargo is dispatched to relevant flights in time to meet scheduled departure.
Break down Airwaybills (AWBs) in accordance with airline requirements.
Prepare computer manifest and other records in accordance with airline procedure, including Dangerous Goods (DG), 'Notification To Captains' (NOTOCs), and other relevant documents.
Check for accuracy of completeness.
Send special handling emails/messages in accordance with airline requirements and regulations.
Release flights and check for completion of data transfer between computer systems to the extent possible.
Ensure documents are filed with CBP in accordance with required deadlines
Initiate freight discrepancy action where required.
Monitor acceptance of specialty products, including Valuables (VAL) and Vulnerable (VUN), ensuring secure storage as required.
