Responsibilities

• Led enterprise transformation initiatives aligned to NAST strategy, focusing on change adoption, operational readiness, and sustained performance.
• Managed rollout and transition-to-maintenance phases for large-scale programs, ensuring continuity of results post-implementation.
• Applied Agile principles to drive cross-functional collaboration, accelerate decision-making, and remove execution barriers.
• Acted as a change advocate and connector across teams, ensuring alignment, communication, and engagement.

• Took a lead role in the ACE initiative, owning rollout and monitoring phases while maintaining quarterly KPI performance.
