Accomplishments

  • Used Microsoft Excel to develop inventory tracking spreadsheets. Documented and resolved missing Implant and Tissue information which led to accurate update of patient information and Tissue inventory. Resulting in up to date status accuracy when presented to Joint Commission.
  • Collaborated with vendor Allergan in the development of introducing PSP (Provisonal Stock Program) for Implant and Tissue Inventory. Maintained PSP program and within the first 8 months saved over 100k in restocking fees. Fast forward 2 years later and we have over $900k in cost savings.
