• Monitor student-athlete study hall attendance, signing athletes in and out and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

• Supervise study hall sessions, promoting a focused environment and encouraging academic accountability.

• Assist with departmental tasks as assigned, supporting faculty and staff with various administrative or event-related duties.

• Create, manage, and distribute schedules for student workers for home athletic events.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for student workers regarding assignments, scheduling changes, and responsibilities.

• Assist the Sports Information Director with game day operations, including but not limited to:

- Setup and breakdown of press box/press table equipment.

- Scoreboard operation, statistics input, and live streaming support.

- Recording and tracking game statistics as needed.

• Help train and mentor new student workers in sports information procedures and expectations.

• Communicate effectively with student workers, athletic staff, coaches, and officials as needed.

• Provide administrative support to the Sports Information Office, including data entry, record keeping, and special projects.

• Act as a leader and role model for other student workers, promoting professionalism and accountability.

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Sports Information Director.

• Coordinate with athletic staff to facilitate smooth event operations and logistics.
• Support game day operations, including pre-game and post-game procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline event execution and enhance overall fan experience.

• Help manage classroom behavior, promoting positive social interactions and conflict resolutions.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring supplies were stocked and materials were properly stored.
• Engage with children in activities that fostered cognitive, social, and emotional development.

• Unpack and organize merchandise for display, ensuring appealing and efficient table setups for the high-volume event

• Assist customers with purchases, answered product-related questions, and resolve concerns to provide a positive fan experience

• Support fast-paced retail operations during the event, contributing to overall team success and event atmosphere

• Set up and break down event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, linens, and decor for wedding receptions.
• Deliver food and beverages to guests with attentiveness and professionalism, ensuring timely service throughout the event.
• Provide excellent customer service while maintaining a positive, energetic demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
