Educate students on the 8 Career Success Standards.
Train and supervise students in proper social skills such as independent living, dress for success, being courteous and respectful, following rules of the center, and ensuring their living quarters are clean.
Explain rules and regulations for new enrollees on center.
Monitor dorm and conduct nightly bed checks.
Hold daily day room meetings for student accountability and to pass on any new information given by supervisor.
Supervise Recreation Trips in addition to other staff members.
Mentor and encourage students on every day life and motivate them for their future success after completion of program.
Data entry for weekly dorm duties of staff and student.
Transport students on and off center.
Grade students on the Career Success Standards and work on strengths and weaknesses.
Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming and dressing.
Mobility assistance.
Assist with transportation to and from doctor appointments.
Prepare meals, shopping, housekeeping and laundry.
Provide companionship and supervision.
Oversee and monitor prescription medication.
Assist in Range of Motion exercises and follow Health Practioner's orders and guidance.
Replace teacher in the classroom and follow lesson plans provided.
Preparing educational materials.
Grading classwork and homework.
Balance and maintain cash drawer.
Explain products to current and new customers.
Complete high volume of money both manual and electronically.
Answer telephone inquiries.
Educate customers on banking websites and atm.
Monitor suspicious activity.
Establish relationship with new clients to obtain satisfaction and loyalty.
Audit Reports.
Process Quarterly Tax Payments.
Ensure customers have insurance on current auto and home loans.
Detect errors and revising transactions.
