Day to day process and procedures in overseeing a 29 capacity RCAC AL facility. Weekly and monthly reports, daily medication order entry and reviews, daily correspondence with providers, families, home health, hospice, palliative, scheduling, payroll, interviewing, onboarding, marketing. Additionally, I am also delegated to administer SubQ, IM and TB injections . I also do daily, weekly, monthly and annual forms, ,as well as ISP reviews (daily for some). I assist in scheduling lab needs, vaccination clinics, optometry, audiology, and podiatry visits.

Day to day operations of 5 Sun Valley Homes. 1 - RCAC, 2 - CBRF, 1 - Memory Care, and 1 - DD. Tasks included those of an Executive Director position, only over 5 locations, rather than 1. Total of 60+ residents at all times, as well as a staff of 30+. I was brought in to assist in restructuring, implementing improved processes and procedures, and build staff moral.

Day to day operations of a 16 bed CBRF Memory Care Facility. Medication check in, staff training and annual reviews, daily correspondence with providers, families, home health, and hospice.. Daily ISP reviews and updates. Grocery shopping, supply ordering, and anything else that ereally needed to be done.

Started as an Administrator in training, PM CNA, Activity Director, and Marketing Specialist. I covered just about every area you can imagine between 1 - RCAC (Janesville) and 2 - CBRF (Clinton and Beloit) locations . I then transitioned into the Executive Director of the Beloit location when they had an emergent need. They had originally hired me to train in AIT to be the Director off their 1st Memory Care location. In addition to the day to day operations, I also handled admissions, marketing, I worked the floor when needed.
