• Account management for invoicing, payments, collections, and Independent contractor teacher payroll calculations.
• Quickbooks Online AP/AR Assistance, Setting Up Recurring Invoicing and Payments, Sending Invoicing, Manual Payments.
• Serve Clients and Independent Contractors using Multi-line Telephone system, email, and text to give information, resolve issues, take payments, answer billing questions, sales calls, and conduct interviews of prospective independent contractors/teachers.

• Review updated Independent Contractor/Teacher Payroll submittal for lessons taught and look for discrepancies in lessons and amounts billed. Reach out to clients/students if there appears to be one.

• Help design needs for database, help staff on database, test/implement database functions, and find an easy work around for staff if something is needing repair.
• Fill out and return donation request forms.
• Prepare and conduct meetings with Independent Program Developers, staff, or Owner/President.
• Run Background checks and send both direct deposits and W-9's to Independent Contractors/Teachers. Set up in database.
• Send New Independent Contractor Agreements and Renewals to teachers.
• Post Ads on Indeed and previously Craigslist for Independent Contractors/Teachers.
