- Help in Order Entry as needed: receiving or creating orders, fixing pdfs, answering emails, printing and distributing job tickets
- Help in Bindery as needed: operate multple bindery equipment to complete customers projects, such as a hydraulic cutter, multiple duplos to score, cut and perforate, as well as many smaller machines. Also manual labor as folding, stapling, bookletting and collating. One final quality control before being sent to the shipping department.
- Help in PrePress as needed: Work with Excel files and manipulating pdf files in Acrobat Pro. Formatting Excel files to be compatible with our in house program to create a mailable postcard job. Keeping excel files and pdf files organized to provide to the production team.
