  • I was hired to work in the ERC program, doing the following activities:

    1. Attending meetings & writing down all conversations the Client Success Manager (CSM) have with client, these calls could be in Spanish or English.
    2. Transcribe & organized all information obtained during the call to a document (EDCC Notes)
    3. Prepare a document (Pre-Call Notes) with the information sent by the client, 90% of these documents are originally sent in spanish, so these have had to be translated and grammatically arranged when creating the official document
    4. All clients assigned to the CSM's receive follow-up emails or follow-up calls to scheduled an EDCC and any conversation with the client is written on a notepad and added to the client's correspondence folder and notified to the CSM.
    5. Downloading credit packages for US accounts
    6. Reviewing and approving client accounts, these reviews include:
    - If owners and relatives have been excluded from the packages delivered to the client
    - If the amounts and quarters approved in Credit Manager are correct and match the last EIN report
    - If the necessary documentation is in the client's folder, all this is reviewed before approving in the "Change Status Form" app
    7. Audit projects
    8. Updating information in the Refund Module in Credit Manager, checking 941X are on K-Drive, downloading documents from sharepoint, and verifying if the client have filed, or has been paid by the IRS via email , notepad, or any available document and any situation that is not clear, we have had to report it to our Manager

    These are the activities in which I have helped the CSM's assigned to me, which are not included as activities that the VMs do:
    1. Downloading Puerto Rico credit packages, each CSM has a different way of doing it.
    2. Creating analytical charts with the information client has sent, separating it by quarters and thus building support in case of a future audit form the IRS
    3. I translate and attach any new information
    4. During calls with clients, all my CSM's count on me to speak with the client and ask them eligibility questions, or request metrics.
    5. I review notes from previous calls and make bullet point summaries so the CSM can send an email to the client requesting this information
    6. Internal meetings with the CSM's, to further discuss charts or impacts, they all validate my opinion and input.
