Coordinate all special events at Regent. Examples are Parent Coffee (Back to School Parent Event), Open Houses for prospective families, annual Consignment Sale, Grandparents' Day Event, Picture Days, Class Six Graduation and reception, Class Twelve Commencement and reception, School Spelling Bee, All School Picnic, School Musical ticket sales, and other events that arise during the year.

Oversee Mentoring Moms, Special Day parent leaders and other parent committees.

Assist Director of Admissions with re-enrollment paperwork and new student applications. Coordinate classroom observations and tours for prospective parents.

Oversee distribution of supplies and curriculum during the summer in preparation for school.

Coordinate library volunteers, process new books, prepare Canon binders for students, process donated or purchased books for the annual Book Sale, and compile Readers Are Leaders word counts.

Implemented our Classical Christian curriculum for our Class Four students. I was the lead teacher for fourteen of seventeen years. I was responsible for updating and refining our curriculum and worked with the Specials teachers to provide a cohesive experience for the students. I oversaw our Special Day (Civil War Day and then American History Day) and worked with the parents in leadership roles for that event. I was responsible for the Class Four portion of the Grandparents' Day event. I coordinated field trips and other outside learning experiences.
