Ensure the recruiting process is taking place, waitlist, accept, and enroll children in the headstart program, Enter entry dates for the children in the program, Make changes to the enrollment as children drop add another. Monitor daily attendance, report ADA to the policy council.
Work with the public school system for a smooth transition into the public school.
Oversee the submission and entry of in-kind into ChildPlus database, Ensure in-kind submitted is accurate and allowable. Produce monthly in-kind reports and monitor the progression toward reaching Head Start's required amount. Maintain an accurate and orderly filing system. Assist in providing training and technical assistance to program staff. Update in=kind documentation forms as necessary
