
Industry professional with decades of guest focused restaurant experience, nearly 4 years spent as General Manager of a unique, upscale, high volume restaurant during one of the most challenging times the industry ever faced. I am emotionally even-keeled and can manage any situation and/or staff behavior calmly and professionally. I do what needs to be done, and align my staff in our common goals. I'm highly organized and my greatest passion is problem solving.
