  • Responsible for electronic obsolescence across 1500 circuit cards, 50,000 parts and three factories
  • Disposition all Obsolescence Product change notices and follow until closure across three factories
  • Ensure active monitoring of all Circuit cards in both Accrues and Silicon Expert
  • Support proposals across Original Equipment, Aftermarket and Manufacturing repair and overhaul to ensure acceptance of producible parts
  • Participate in all Gate Review to ensure obsolescence is managed prior to moving to another program phase
  • Review all Supplier Request for Information specific to obsolescence and follow to closure
  • Work with Sales and Operations to ensure we only accept purchase orders without obsolescence issues
  • Assist customer quality and supplier quality support for obsolescence issues
  • Participate in contract reviews of obsolescence clauses for compliance
  • Procurement support on obsolete parts using brokers, recreations, repackaging
  • Inventory support for Last Time buy storage conditions, negotiations with third parties to store material
  • Support all Customer meetings on site or via remote meetings
  • Manage all Diminishing supply contractual health reports with Value stream leaders yearly and work with partner team for schedule and execution
