I have worked many jobs and they have taught me to have great customer service skills and to learn very quickly. I am always up to learn new things.
As a patient observer I provide constant observation of assigned patient to ensure their safety and document observations every 15 minutes. I also make sure the patient has everything they need by calling for their nurse if they need help with something I'm not able to do. Sometimes you're in the room just for safety reasons others times it's due to other reasons but I always make the patient feel comfortable and be friendly like I would want someone to treat me or someone in my family. This job has taught me to have more compassion for others.
I left working at Georges Creek because we were going to have to start paying for childcare our self's and I always had my two children with me so I wouldn't end up making anything after paying for childcare so I started watching a few babies and children at our house. I was responsible for caring for each child and we did class time do get them ready to start Kindergarten. I would work with them on motor skills, ABC's and numbers along with all kinds of important lessons for them to learn. I loved working with children each and everyday.
I worked with infants and all ages of children. When I first started I was just in whatever class they needed help in and I helped care for the children but eventually I became the lead teacher of the two year old class. I was responsible for making the lesson plans and teaching the children each and everyday. I absolutely loved working with children and watching them learn and grow.
I worked in the photo lab this was back in the day when people still used film cameras and would bring their film into be developed. I would develop their film and do quality checks and if any pictures needed to be corrected I would make corrections. I would also run the registers and help sell cameras and camcorders to customers. I got to learn about all the new cameras and camcorders and after a few years of working in the photo lab is when digital cameras came out. Eventually I became in charge of ordering stock and did the matching of the sales papers each Sunday. I also would put out stock and pull from the back and did the floor displays. I loved working in the photo lab I learned so much and fell in love with photography. I still love to take pictures to this day.
I have great people skills and I am always friendly I pick up on new things fast I'm also a very hard worker I love to learn new things
