Cares for a patients from a correctional. environment.

Provides for patient's personal hygiene. Bathes patients, performs oral suctioning, superficial wound care.

Collects, reports and documents data. related to patients needs.

Assists with the admission, transfers and. discharge of patients.

Assists with patient restraints and maintains patient specific safety precautions.

Maintains patient care areas with appropriate supplies.

• Assisting with Endoscopy and Colonoscopy, Assisting with ERCP procedures, Assisting with Peg Tube, Stent and valve replacements. Setting up and taking down of ION Robot for pulmonary. 1st assist on ION Robot. Assist Drs with bronchoscopy procedures. Cleaning and recovering of scopes, use of scope buddy. Stocking of procedure rooms, inventory ordering, Skilled in knowing the correct techniques during all procedures. Preceptor training for new hires.

• Tasks included but not limited to IV’s, EKGs, drawing of blood, Stocking of all essentials, stocking of all exam rooms and conducted inventories on daily basis to ensure all products were available STAT. I received Smart order training and trained others for this position. Assist Drs and nurses with procedures including splinting and CPR. Preceptor for new emergency room staff in all phases in operations. I also assumed the responsibility to hourly rounds on patients in our unit to ensure their comfort and safety. Patient care is the goal of my position.

• Basic EMT state registered CPR and BLS training, working all shifts all hours, very flexible with all shifts. Response to emergency calls to provide efficient and immediate care to the critical ill and injured, transport patients to a medical facility, function in uncommon situations, basic understanding of stress response and methods to ensure personal wellbeing. Functions within scope of care as defined with the state, reginal and local agencies, understand basic legal medical principles. Provide basic life support. Preceptor in training for new hires.
