I have over 25 years experience in the home care industry, from LHHCA to Companion services. Manager and Director of operation experience, as well as consulting for home care agencies. Overseeing the companies operations. Develop business growth and branding. Build and train a solid team. Developing internal policies, job descriptions. Build an internal structure for field employees and office. Strong focus on our services. Re-train caregivers, develop a strong focus on quality care. Strong customer service skills. High satisfaction rate by clients and employees. A structured nursing department/ case management . Spearheaded and lead the company through a pandemic. Implemented (Covid) training programs for both office staff and field staff. Maintained CDC and DOH guidelines. Successfully grown the business each year.
