I clock in at midnight and we go theater to theater cleaning each lobby wiping down seats sweeping and mopping the floors after the lobby’s we vacuum the halls and clean the whole lobby and then disinfecting the bathrooms before we take a hour lunch and go home

I worked in the kitchen and was in charge of preparing sides for seafood dishes

I would put together the bowls of rice and I would cut vegetables to make salads

I would also prepare ceviche by cutting up vegetables and washing shrimp running them through water until the water was clean if it was tuna I would just take it out of the can in the fridge
