I act as intermediary between all involved parties in real estate transactions, which include but are not limited to: Buyers, Sellers, Mortgage Lenders, Title Companies and Home Inspectors. My primary job is to facilitate real estate transactions and ensure that they proceed smoothly, legally and ethically.

· Ethics and Compliance: Realtors must adhere to a strict code of ethics and comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations. They are committed to acting in their clients' best interests.

· Coordination: Coordinate various aspects of a transaction, such as inspections, appraisals, and mortgage financing, to ensure that the process progresses smoothly.

  • Marketing and Promotion: I use various marketing techniques to promote property listings. This may include online listings, open houses, advertising, social media and networking with other real estate professionals.
  • Contracts: Prepare and review contracts and other legal documents related to real estate transactions. Ensure that all documents comply with local and state laws and regulations.
