I am a patient Math Teacher with a resourceful and engaging style that has been refined over my 12 year career. My experience has allowed me to become a caring and hardworking professional who is committed to creating a productive learning environment to drive students progress and comprehension. I strive to be a teacher who is aware of my students different learning styles and I am committed to finding, creating, and implementing material that meets the diverse needs within my classroom. The ability to creatively question students to determine what their level of understanding of the concept is. While being a teacher, you must also be wiling to be a student, for teachers are constantly engaged in taking professional development classes covering all best practices in instruction, behavior management. The ability to effectively time, being self-motivated epically when teaching a difficult concept, you must modify or tailor the curriculum via creative questioning of the students to determine what they know and what they are having difficulty understanding.
