A Staffing Coordinator provides staffing analysis, guidance and resources to ensure proper patient to caregiver ratios within Baycare's 16 regional hospitals. Working directly with Hospital Administrators and Unit Charge RNs our goal is to achieve optimal staffing levels hospital-wide based on realtime census data, patient acuity, admission forecasting and resource availability, for each unit, within our assigned hospitals, for each 12-hour shift rotation.
