Accomplishments

I devised and executed a referral process that has been adopted throughout the company. In addition, I monitored, documented, and prepared daily, weekly, and monthly reports on performance status for daily operations. This helped identify areas that required improvement, ensuring that projects were completed on time. It also helped identify talent within our current infrastructure, boosting morale and creating an environment where professionals could work together efficiently.

During the initial stages, I worked with many resources to develop an LNA program within hospital environs that promotes community development and hospital recruitment. This program addresses gaps and obstacles that prevent the closing of workforce shortages by providing educational opportunities that systematically strengthen community members and resources therein. This ensures a platform for continued growth that will always be within its means.
