- Develop recruitment and retention strategies for district personnel. This includes attending job fairs
- Work with campus administrators to aid them in screening and selection process for employees. Ensure credentials are up to date and appropriate for assignment

- Work with HR staff to ensure all employees are fingerprinted (including private nurses)
