Additional Information

While I have only listed three previous employers, my experience in restaurants dates back to 1998, with extensive skills in FOH, some BOH (especially food prep), and some bartending experience.

The recent gap in employment history was my choice to stay home to take care of my young son when he fell very ill. Any other short gaps were from moving too far to travel.
