From my Senior year High School in 1990 until the present I have been involved in all aspects of food service. I have worked in restaurants as cook, institutions as cook and other jobs and have also served in a supervisory capacity.
There is no aspect of cooking and the delivery of food that I have not been involved in.
I have always been a dedicated employee, a hard worker and a very dependable employee.
Began working here as apprentice while attending WCCC Culinary program.
Served as cook for a full service restaurant both as an apprentice and also after graduation from culinary school.
