Responsible for managing major contracts for the DEVCOM AvMC Technology Development Directorate (TDD), formerly Weapons Development and Integration Directorate. Primary assignments support the TDD contracts. Coordinates with contracting agencies to ensure provisions of the contracts are carried out. Provides advice regarding contract strategies to best accomplish the project acquisition plan. Assists in the establishment and functioning of source selection evaluations, to include developing draft source selection plans and determining acceptable levels of performance.
