I am a lifelong learner; consequently, I never cease to learn. I have excellent interpersonal skills involving the patients, their family members, and collaborating with the staff. I do my level best to positively impact a facility to make it a stronger one. I am a team player when it comes to staff and an advocate when it comes to the patient. I believe first and foremost in providing quality care to all patients coupled with patient safety and satisfaction.
