I am a dedicated individual and when I take on a job, I am dedicated to doing the best job possible for my employer and for my co-workers. I believe in being involved in work as much as you can to help ensure that the company thrives. If I notice that something is wrong I won't stop till I get things back on track. I am a fast learner and I am a good trainer of new employees if they are in need of training. I have some things from my past that are less than pleasant and so I share them openly in hopes that someone will give me a second chance. I am a convicted felon who made mistakes that I would give anything to take back. Drinking ruined my life and it wasn't the answer that I needed but I had to learn the hard way. I have made it my life goal to love, support, and to lift up people for the rest of my life. I am not that person anymore, I have been sober now for six years and I am willing to share my experiences to other with the hopes that it might help them to not make the same mistakes that I did. My mistakes cost me more than money, friends, and my reputation. I would love to be employed at NRCC and I pray that you will give me a chance.
Thank You so very much,
Melissa D. Kittinger
Hello,
my name is Melissa Kittinger and I would love to be a part of your team. I will 39 years old next month, I have two gown sons and so I am very interested in going back to work for NRCC because I know that I work well with other staff when I would encounter a problem, I would always smile that Big grin and get right to work with making sure that the unpleased customer is now satisfied to the best of my ability. I have strong critical thinking skills and I am light on my feet. because you never know when you might have to jump up and get the students to a safe place, so I'm constantly watching every one just to make sure that this kind of thing does not happen. and yes, I do love to read and to have towers of stacked books just brings me so much joy.
