This is a training position for Store Team Leader. In this role, responsibilities are rotated among the team including:

*Operations excellence and program adherence

*Safety program execution and excellence

*Budget and metrics tracking and compliance

*Repairs and Maintenance follow up

*Hiring and recruiting

*Scheduling and performance reviews

*Payroll

Learned the Grocery business through the Produce Department. As the Team Leader I was responsible for total department operations and excellence including purchasing, merchandising, Team Member employment and morale.
