PCA → CNA → TMA → LPN → RN: I’m not just a new RN but highly motivated with over 13 years of progressive experience in long-term care, assisted living, and memory care settings who finally has the license I worked hard to achieve. After beginning a career in healthcare as a PCA and CNA, I advanced to TMA and then to an LPN for over a year, gaining an understanding of patient advocacy and patient care. I am a detail-oriented nurse with a strong foundation in leadership and team coordination to promote the well-being of every patient under my care. My professional journey is defined by a commitment to the nursing profession and a "lead-by-example" work ethic. Having earned a management promotion at the age of 16 and maintaining that leadership role, I bring a unique level of maturity and intuitive oversight to the floor. I believe that nursing is a profound gift; I am dedicated to being a voice for those who can no longer advocate for themselves and provide high-quality, dignified care that every individual deserves. I pride myself on building strong therapeutic relationships with residents and their families, ensuring that no patient feels alone and that their personal journeys are honored through patient-centered care.
