Training Program: Utilize multiple screens, radio frequencies, and a Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system to receive and differentiate 911 and non-emergency telephone calls from the public, dispatch police patrol cars to calls for service, critical incidents and emergencies, access law enforcement databases and provide support information to police officers.
