Equipping educators with dyslexia training has allowed me to support students with reading difficulties, as reflected by my LETRS Certification. Training on Multi-tiered Systems of Support (MTSS) has created a structured approach to addressing diverse student needs. My expertise in strategic planning and data-driven analysis has informed instructional decisions and improved student outcomes. Fostering Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) has encouraged collaboration and professional development among staff.
