As a Retail Associate, I help customers with their needs in person, over the phone, and online. I am good at handling money in small and large quantities quickly and effectively. I listen to their needs and match them with the product or program that is right for them and their needs. I can communicate effectively in a way that maintains a positive and friendly environment even while discussing a stressful or embarrassing topic. I was also a temporary supervisor for a period of time.

As a National Guard soldier, I have fantastic conflict management skills and attention to detail. As a Sergeant, I communicate effectively with my team to lead missions and training and I supervise as they perform tasks under my command. I do technical work, and mechanical work, and often use online systems to document and file events and information. With this job, I have become accustomed to working long hours at any part of the day, including up to 72-hour shifts. This as a result has built my resiliency.

As a factory worker at Northern, I would inspect premium products while also filing paperwork, auditing, and running many machines at once. I would perform on-the-spot corrections and repairs on the machines while also running two sections of a factory with a team of only four people. My team was the top performer in the factory despite the lack of crew members and mechanical assistance.
