Lead Longshore linemen mooring ships.

Follow all USCG and PMA/Longshore, safety guidelines. Pick up and deliver all nessary supplies and equipment, needed to preform jobs. Maintain, clean and stock safely equipment and materials, for line superintendent office. Fuel, and maintain company vehicle, oil changes, tires and alignment, etc.

• Developed standard operating procedures for crew tasks, promoting consistency and adherence to industry best practices.
• Led quality control initiatives to maintain high standards of extracted materials throughout processing stages.
