Working at Underground Books is a very selective opportunity for Sacramento High School students who meet specific grade and GPA requirements. Interns handle front register duties including sales, customer service, and serve as shift lead alongside one co-worker. You’ll also help manage daily operations and ensure a welcoming experience for all guests.

As a Sales Associate at Nordstrom Rack, I was responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, greeting and assisting guests, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. My duties included folding and restocking merchandise, processing go-backs, and supporting the sales floor as needed. I consistently provided excellent customer service while contributing to overall store efficiency and appearance.
