Worked in the past for eleven years as a shift supervisor. Part of the job was to oversee staff and make sure that the day-to-day jobs and duties were being accomplished. Did this by making sure that employees were following all work site and company procedures and policies. Also assist in job training of new employees as well as work with others on their current skills and helped them strengthen them.
