PROJECT DETAILS:

• Project involves application availability for client Availability Command Centre (ACC) - Enterprise applications
• In Cyber threat operations centre, as support team, logs are parsed as hitting USAA domain in formatted json from source to elasticsearch so as CTOC analyst can use data by avoiding phishing and further analysis.

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

• Continuous monitoring of clusters, lags, alerts and incoming Kafka events
• Resolving nearly 80 alerts across multiple server clusters each day and swiftly troubleshooting to ensure continuous system availability.
• Design, build and maintain Multi -Cluster Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) Environment
• Performed daily maintenance and monitoring of around 10 servers in different clusters as batch's with ensuring optimal performance, system health, and uptime across all nodes, and promptly addressing any issues or anomalies detected.
• Maintain and configure Kafka cluster on multiple servers
• Familiar with Agile methodology (safe) and its process

PROJECT OVERVIEW:

• The project involves automating the different UDO documents according to the template using the Crawford tool and also manual intervention of Tagging and QA of the UDO documents that cannot be fully automated

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE:

• Remediation of 20+ UDO online documents and automating it through Crawford prodesigner tool for making it available in Screen Reader

• Playbook creation for different format of DID’s and pull codes.

• Tagging and Validation of the UDO documents within the SLA and providing documents to client with zero defects and without breaching.

• Working on ADHOC documents and validating through NVDA, providing the observations to client and completing the file prior to deadline.

• Planning Targets for the team in daily basis and achieving the SLA

• Daily status Meeting, Backlog management across three locations (Chennai, Hyderabad, Mexico)

• Identifying the earliest breaching file and completing it on time.

• Salesforce report generation for workflow management
